An existing syndicate is:
A property that is up and running with all owners/ shareholders in place. Occasionally a share may come up for re-sale.
A property that has enough owners/shareholders to make the project viable and is now a work in progress. Some shares may be available for sale.
Upcoming Syndicates
An upcoming syndicate is:
An area where I would like to do a syndicate and have irons in the fire with respect to available properties. Once enough interest is registered and people are committed, the project will go ahead.
